Here we go! It is officially meet week with the first kicking off at Sevierville on Tuesday! Reminder this is the only communication for the week, please read through the entire e-mail! Huge shoutout to all the parents that stepped up and filled all the volunteer slots for this week! Below is a quick snapshot of what is in this e-mail.

Summer Payments

  • Please ensure you have paid for summer swim. We do not want to take up anybody’s time (especially the coaches) trying to track down all the payments!

Carb Party – Monday

  • We will be having a carb party following practice at the Signature Club tomorrow (Monday).
  • There are still a lot of items needed. Sign up using Jennifer Whaley’s signup genius that is on the Parents GroupMe Chat.

Sign up for Crestwood Hills

  • Please make sure your swimmers are registered (or declined) for the Crestwood Hills meet next week.
  • Please help fill the volunteer openings for Crestwood Hills

Meet Details – Sevierville Aquatic

  • Do not leave the meet prior to talking to a coach. Sometimes last-minute changes happen with relays. We need all the options available if something arises.
  • Pool – Sevierville City Park – 1005 Park Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862
  • Warmup ready by 5:15 PM – Warmups begin promptly at 5:30
  • Seating – Our team should setup on the slides end of the pool. Kids will setup in our Tent City
  • Volunteer Meetings
    • 1.Stroke and Turn Judges – 5:30 pm (both sessions)
    • 2.All other workers – 5:40 pm (both sessions)
  • Concessions – Concessions only take Cash or Check.

House Standings

  • Reminder that the house competition will run through practice this coming Friday the 13th. Bring in items to help your team……or sabotage another team!
    • 1.Hufflepuff – 7,652
    • 2.Gryffindor – 1,514
    • 3.Ravenclaw – 1,028
    • 4.Slytherin – 167

Fun Friday Theme

  • This week the Fun Friday Theme is Pirates
  • Bring your Parrots….maybe not literally a real one, but bring all your inspiration from any Pirates of the Caribbean or anything other amazing pirate movie.
